Shipping and Return Information
Standard Delivery
We use UPS and the U.S. Postal Service to ship most orders. Oversized merchandise and large size orders are dispatched by freight carrier. Shipping fees are quoted individually for each order. All orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours. Please contact customer service for more information.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns may be made anytime within 30 days of your purchase, after this period a 20% restocking fee will apply. Contact customer service via info@myhumidor.net and we will initiate a Return Authorization. Please pack the items in the original packaging along with all accessories and manuals and include the copy of the purchase receipt provided. Merchandise must be unused and in the same condition it was received. Once shipped please send an email with the tracking number so we have record of your return. Upon receipt of the return item we will issue a refund to the card used to make the purchase. Only add the shipping label to the packaging. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Items shipped by truck freight must be inspected at the point of delivery. Any visible or concealed damage must be immediately logged with the driver in order to process a claim. Pending inspection, an exchange, credit or refund will be issued based on the item value. Return shipping costs on product outside the scope of damages and defects are the customer's responsibility.
